Where ERIC fits
ERIC supports education-literature searches with free-text terms, controlled descriptors, dates, publication types, peer-review status, and ERIC full-text availability. Check the original publication, study design, population, document version, and full-text source before use, and retain the complete query and search date.

What to evaluate before use
- ERIC includes both journal and non-journal literature. The peer-reviewed and full-text-available filters describe different properties and should not be conflated.
- Inclusion in ERIC is not an endorsement of a study''s conclusion or evidence quality. Methods, version, and population still require appraisal.
