RESEARCH USE
Where OpenReview fits
OpenReview can locate venues and their public submissions, reviews, author responses, and decisions. Organizers can also configure submission and review permissions and manage records through the API. When citing material, preserve the page version and access date, and distinguish a submission, revision, decision, and final published version.
Research tasks
- Find public submissions, reviews, and author responses
- Follow manuscript versions and review decisions
- Configure or automate peer-review workflows through the API
What to evaluate before use
- Each venue controls anonymity, disclosure timing, and read or write permissions, so not every submission, review, or identity is public.
- A posted manuscript may be unreviewed or rejected. Reviews and decisions do not replace independent appraisal of methods and evidence.
