RESEARCH USE
Where Aivia fits
Aivia combines multidimensional microscopy visualization with object detection, tracking, and phenotype analysis. Its desktop and cloud options have different feature sets, so a trial should use the intended plan and representative image sizes. For an analysis pipeline, retain the image calibration, processing steps, model version, and manual edits. Check performance on held-out images before using automated measurements to compare experimental groups.
Research tasks
- Segment and count cells or subcellular objects
- Track objects through microscopy time series
- Analyze multidimensional images and multiwell experiments
What to evaluate before use
- Aivia is subscription software; available analysis recipes and model-import capabilities depend on the plan.
- Model performance may change with staining, acquisition, or specimen type. Check data-transfer and storage terms before using cloud features.
