Where ITK-SNAP fits
Load a three-dimensional CT, MRI, or related image, verify orientation, voxel spacing, intensity, and registration, then perform manual delineation or active-contour-assisted segmentation. Preserve the original image, label map, preprocessing, initialization, parameters, application version, and revision history, and have consequential segmentations reviewed by qualified personnel.
